Indeed, nothing easier and more pleasant! I put them on in the morning and, if you don't have heavy bleeding or other issues, you're set until the end of the day. You'll be protected for up to 12 hours of wear.

Just rinse them well in cold water and wash them with other laundry at 30 degrees. Don't worry, you can freely mix them with other laundry!

The only thing you need to be careful about is to NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER, BLEACH, OR TUMBLE DRY THEM. They should be left to air dry, not on a heat source. Chemicals and heat destroy the absorbent power of the fabric. Pay attention to this, otherwise the panties will no longer absorb.

You can choose between three absorption levels. The model with the lowest level
can be worn daily, instead of using a panty liner.

The medium level replaces 3 tampons or 20-30 ml of liquid, while some models absorb up to 4 tampons or 40 ml. Generally speaking, the panties can be worn for 12 hours, depending on how heavy your periods are.
